I have used parcel broker a number of times and the service has always been first class. Items were collected promptly and delivered at the promised time. As one of the destinations was 28 miles off the Cornish coast I was a little concerned that they would arrive in one piece again no issues here the goods arrived in immaculate condition. I will definitely be using their delivery services again.

Amazing - was a bit concerned because I have never used a service like this before but it was quick, easy and very effective. Even though I only selected the economy service with DHL the parcel was picked up at 16:40 in Somerset and had been delivered to Cheshire by 12:30 the next day. Brilliant service, thank you.

I requested a parcel collection via your website at 12.30ish on Tuesday 29th December, as i assume this time of year is busy for couriers i expected delivery within 2-3 days. It arrived at 11.01 on Wednesday 30th December!
Excellent service as i was able to track the parcel online, the service as a whole is easy to use and to get a delivery in 22.5 hours at under £10...a bargain!

I'm totally amazed - I put an order through to send an Xmas present to one of my customers and was called up by parcelbroker to say an earlier collection was available at no extra cost if i wanted it. The driver turned up to get it before i had finished putting the selotape on!
With all the stress of online shopping this time of year it was a welcome refreshing change :-)

When it comes to a parcel service i look for several things, value for money, ease of collection booking, reliability of service and promptness of responding to any issues that may occur. ParcelBroker excel at every one of these.
In a time when many services are simply interested in taking the money for the booking but doing no more, it is a refreshing and very welcome change that a company like ParcelBroker take the time to inform customers of any issues, such as a breakdown in DHL computer systems that has resulted in an unavoidable delay, when the customer themselves may not even be aware of it.
Too many other companies would let the customer find out the hard way and simply say it was not their responsibility since it was DHL's issue, not theirs.
This never happens with ParcelBroker and throw in the great price and other vital criteria already mentioned which ParcelBroker excel at and you have a delivery company that i would not hesitate to recommend to any online retailer.
